THE GRANT COUNTY CONSERVATION, SANITATION AND ZONING COMMITTEE will call the meeting to
order on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Grant County Board Rm., 264 in the Administration Building, 111 S.
Jefferson St., Lancaster WI. 53813. Please contact our office at 608-723-6377 ext. 4 with any questions. Consideration will
be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following agenda items:

Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit
#CUP – 18-017 Lancaster Parks & Storage LLC, South Lancaster Twp., +/- 1.81 ac. Pin: 056-00088-0000.
To allow for the use of long term/mini storage units under Chapter 3.11 (2) (h) of the Grant County
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
#CUP – 18-018 Darold Rux, Muscoda Twp., +/- 10.42 ac. PIN: 042-00604-0000 & 042-00606-0000 to
allow for the use of a single family dwelling on a separate lot with in one mile of an existing water
supply or sewage collection system and a non-agricultural related mobile home, under Chapter 3.07 (2)
(g) & 3.06 (2) (j) of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
