GRANT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in
the Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite
#1, Lancaster WI, on Thursday August 29th, 2019 at 1:00 pm on the following appeal.
There may be site inspections prior to the public hearing with the time and location to be
announced at the hearing; decisions shall be rendered after public hearing on the
following.
BOA #19-01: Appeal of Richard Keene Jr., PIN 052-00608-0000, 052-00615-
0000, for a variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensiv e
Zoning Ordinance 3.23 (2)(a) Minimum Highway Setback and Section 3.26(2)
Existing Nonconforming Structures. This property is located at the NE1/4 of the
SW1/4 and the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 26, T3N, R3W, Grant County, WI.
