THE GRANT COUNTY CONSERVATION, SANITATION AND ZONING COMMITTEE will call the meeting to
order on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Grant County Board Rm., 264 in the Administration Building, 111 S.
Jefferson St., Lancaster WI. 53813. Please contact our office at 608-723-6377 ext. 4 with any questions. Consideration will

County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
Public Hearing for Rezone
#19-03 – Christopher & Stephanie Hinderman, Jamestown Twp. A-2 to C-1 of +/- 1.0 ac.
PIN: 026-00473-0080
#19-04 – Blanket rezone for Towns of Clifton, Harrison, Jamestown, and Potosi Twp., FP to R-1,
R-2, R-3, C-1, and A-1 to R-3 to allow for the correct zoning district designation based on current
land use.
