BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Thursday January 23rd, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. on the following appeal, additional information can be
obtained at our office located at 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster, WI. If you would like to
provide written comment for the Board of Adjustment members, it must be submitted to our
department five business days prior to the public hearing.

PETITION #BOA 20-01: Appeal of Bradley & Misty Ragatz, PIN: 058-00106-0010, for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Shoreland Zoning Ordinance under Chapter
316 Subsection 6.1 Shoreland Setbacks: proposing a driveway 50’ into the 75’ setback from a
navigable waterway. This is for +/- 9.6 ac in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 5, T3N, R4W,
in Waterloo Township
