NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in in Room #264,
County Board Room in the Administration Building, at 111 S Jefferson, Lancaster, WI 53813, on
November 2nd at 9:00 am. Live participation in this meeting will be limited. Social distancing and
other safety precautions associated with COVID-19 protocol will be followed. You may also attend by

variance from the provisions of the Grant County Shoreland Zoning Ordinance Chapter 316
Subsection 6.1 to allow a stream crossing and access road within the 75’ no build setback to a
stream. This property is located at the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 8, T3N, R3W in Potosi
Township, Grant County WI
