THE GRANT COUNTY CONSERVATION, SANITATION AND ZONING COMMITTEE will call the meeting
to order on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. There may be a limited number of CSZC Board members
meeting in Room #264, County Board Room in the Administration Building, but due to the COVID-19 crisis, this
will be a remote access meeting, conducted through Zoom. Please use the following procedures to access the

Reclamation Plan Informational Hearing for a completed non-metallic mining application for Kunkel
Quarry permit #02.33.69. The quarry is located in Jamestown Township. The operator is
requesting a mine with boundaries of 39.3 ac. Parcels to be under the permit include
026-00677-0000 & 026-00657-0000. The quarry is located at: SE ¼, NE ¼, Section 16, T1N, R2W
and SW ¼, NW ¼, Section 15, T1N, R2W. Jamestown Township, Grant County WI.
Public Hearing for Condition Use Permits
#CUP 21-001 – Ken Kunkel, Jamestown Twp., +/- 39.3 ac. PIN: 026-00677-0000, 026-00657-0000,
and 026-00675-0000 to allow for the use of nonmetallic mining. Chapter 315 Subsection 3.14 (2)
(a) of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
