Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Committee
THE GRANT COUNTY CONSERVATION, SANITATION AND ZONING COMMITTEE will call the meeting
to order on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. There may be a limited number of CSZC Board members
meeting in Room #264, County Board Room in the Administration Building. Live participation in this meeting
will be limited. Social Distancing and other safety precautions associated with COVID-19 protocol will be

Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permits
#CUP 21-005 – Riverdale School District, Muscoda Twp., +/-38.65 ac. PIN:042-00617-0000 to allow
for the use of school. Chapter 315 Subsection 3.07 (2) (c) of the Grant County Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance.
#CUP 21-006 – Mathy Construction Company, Jamestown Twp., +/-63.0 ac. PIN: 026-00998-0000,
026-01130-0020, 026-01128-0010, 026-01132-0020, 026-01131-0030 to allow for the continued
use of nonmetallic mining. Chapter 315 Subsections 3.05 E (3), 3.06 (2) (g), & 3.07 (2) (a) of the
Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
#CUP 21-007 – Mathy Construction Company, Potosi Twp., +/-7.13 ac. PIN: 052-00993-0010 &
052-00973-0020 to allow for the continued use of nonmetallic mining. Chapter 315
Subsection 3.05 E (3) of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
#CUP 21-008 – Mathy Construction Company, Wingville Twp., +/-28.9 ac. PIN:062-00664-0000 &
062-00680-0000 to allow for the continued use of nonmetallic mining. Chapter 315 Subsection
3.14 (2) (a) of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
#CUP 21-009 – Mathy Construction Company, Mt. Ida Twp., +/-14.36 ac. PIN: 040-00162-0000 &
040-00148-0010 for the continued use of nonmetallic mining. Chapter 315 Subsection 3.05 E (3)
of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
