BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Monday, July 18th, 2022 at 8:00 am on the following appeals.

BOA #22-03: Appeal of Wesley & Nicole Richards, PIN 020-00438-0010, for a variance from
the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 3.06 (1)(b) Permitted
Uses. The applicant is requesting to place structures that house livestock within the 100'
property line setback. This property is located at 4816 County Rd B, Potosi, WI 53820, part of
the SW 1/ of the NW 1/ and part of the NW 1/ of the SW 1/ of Section 18, T3N, R2W, Harrison
Township, Grant County, WI.
BOA #22-04: Appeal of Brandt Embroidery & J&C Realty, PIN 026-00255-0030 & 026-
00311-0020, for a variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance 3.04 General Setbacks & 3.26 (2) Existing Nonconforming Structure. The applicant
is requesting to add onto a nonconforming structure that is currently within the 3 0' rear
property line setback. This property is located at 2104 Kunkel Ln, Kieler, WI 53 812, SW 1/ of
the SE 1/ & SE 1/ of the SE 1/ of Section 4, TIN, R2W, CSM 144 & Kunkels 41h Addition Lot
52, Jamestown Township, Grant County.
