NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #I, Lancaster WI,
on Wednesday, October 12th 2022 at 8:00 am on the following appeals:

Public Hearing:
BOA #22-05: Otrusina Farms LLLP., PIN 032-00627-0000 & PIN 032-00635-0000, for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Shoreland Zoning Ordinance Chapter 316
Subsection 6.1 to allow a stream crossing and access road within the 75' no build setback to the
Blake Fork. This property is located in the NE 1/4of the NW 1/4& SE 1/4of the NWI/4 of
Section 33, T5N, R4W in Little Grant Township, Grant County WI
BOA #22-06: Appeal of Andrew & Allyssa Pluemer, PIN 040-00695-0000, for a variance from
the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315 Subsections
3.06 (1) (b) & 3.07 (1) (a). The applicant is requesting to have a structure housing livestock
within the 100' property line and 200' neighboring home setbacks referenced in the
Subsections above. This property is located at 6846 US Highway 18, Fennimore, WI 53809,
NW 1/4of the NW 1/4of Section 29, T6N, R3W, Mt. Ida Township, Grant County, WI
