THE GRANT COUNTY CONSERVATION, SANITATION AND ZONING COMMITTEE will call the
meeting to order on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in Grant County Board Room #264 in the

#CUP23-007 – Woodland Terrace MHC, LLC, Platteville Twp., +/- 4.82 ac. PIN:050-00932-0000 to
allow for the proposed use of long term storage units under Section 3.11 (2) (h) of the
Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
Public Hearing for Ordinance Amendment
Petition #23-01 – Ordinance Amendment request to Chapter 315 Section 3.23 (3) (a) of the Grant County
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to allow for reduced vision corner setbacks for roads with speeds
posted 40 mph or less. The reduced vision corner setbacks would utilize current Wisconsin Department
of Transportation standards.
