GRANT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in
the Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite
#1, Lancaster WI, on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. on the following appeals.
There may be site inspections prior to the public hearing with the time and location to be
announced at the hearing; decisions shall be rendered after public hearing on the
following. Please contact our office at 608-723-6377 ext. 4 with any questions
BOA #23-04: Appeal of Christopher Hampton, PIN 066-00464-0000, for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Shoreland Zoning Ordinance
Chapter 316 Subsection 6.1 to allow a stream crossing and access road within the
75’ no build setback to a stream. This property is located in the SW ¼ of the SW
¼ of Section 36, T6N, R6W in Wyalusing Township, Grant County WI
BOA #23-05: Appeal of Pelky’s Midway LLC, PIN 052-00483-0000, for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance Chapter 315 Subsection 3.23 (2) (a). The applicant is requesting relief
of the 110’ highway setback from the center of Hwy 61/35 to allow for the
continued use of a patio that was constructed in 2022. This property is located in
the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ & SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 23, T3N, R3W, in Potosi
Township, Grant County WI
