NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Wednesday, March 29th 2023 at 8:00 am on the following appeals:

Public Hearing:
BOA #23-01: Appeal of Marty & Linda Griffin, PIN 026-00019-0000, for a variance from the
provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315 Subsections
3.23 (2) (a) & 3.26 (2). The applicant is requesting a 2’ relief of the 50’ road setback from the
center of Louisburg Rd and to allow for an addition on a nonconforming structure (home).
This property is located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 1, T1N, R2W in Jamestown
Township, Grant County WI
BOA #23-02: Appeal of A & R Farms LLC, PIN 052-00219-0010, for a variance from the
provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315 Subsection 3.23
(2) (a). The applicant is requesting a 10’ relief of the 50’ road setback from the center of Stage
Road in regard to a proposed grain bin. This property is located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of
Section 11, T3N, R3W in Potosi Township, Grant County, WI
