NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Wednesday, June 21st 2023 at 8:00 am on the following appeals:

Public Hearing:
BOA #23-03: Appeal of Joseph Heberlein, PIN 016-00563-0000, for a variance from the
provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315 Subsections
3.23 (2) (a) & 3.26 (2). The applicant is requesting relief of the 50’ road setback from the
center of Military Rd and to allow for an addition on a nonconforming structure (home). This
property is located in the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 25, T6N, R2W in Fennimore Township,
Grant County WI
