BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the Grant
County Conference Rm., 266 in the Administration Building, 111 S Jefferson St., Lancaster, WI 53813
on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. on the following appeals. There may be site inspections
prior to the public hearing with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Decisions shall
be rendered after public hearing on the following. Please contact our office at 608-723-6080 with any
questions.

BOA #24-01: Appeal of Joseph & Suzanne Bernardi, PIN 026-00894-0020, for a variance
from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315
Subsection 3.23 (2) (a). The applicant is requesting relief of the 50’ road setback from the
center of Whispering Lane. This property is located in part of the W ½ of the SW ¼ of Section
21, T1N, R2W in Jamestown Township, Grant County, WI.
