EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Adrian. Present, in addition to Chairman
Adrian were Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Kyle Vesperman, John Patcle, Ted Bay, Pat
Schroeder and Joyce Roling.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Kyle Vesperman, that the meeting was in compliance
with the open meeting law. Motion carried.
Motion by Kyle Vesperman, seconded by Bob Keeney, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Discussion was held on the Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor job description. Position titles
were updated and several individual responsibilities were clarified with revised wording.
Motion by Kyle Vesperman, seconded by Bob Keeney to adjourn until July 20, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
