EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING
Wednesday, February 17, 2010
9:00 a.m.
UWEX Conference Room
Lancaster, WI
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Adrian. Present, in addition to Chairman
Adrian were Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, John Patcle, Kyle Vesperman, Lynn Moris, Ted
Bay, Paul Thares, Dave Wachter, Ione Meoska, Bev Doll, Betsy Olson and Dick Pederson.
Motion by Kyle Vesperman, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz, that the meeting was in compliance
with the open meeting law. Motion carried.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Lynn Morris, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Agent Performance Reviews
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Kyle Vesperman, that all agents achieved successful
performance. Motion carried.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Lyn Morris, to begin to fill the vacant Community
Resource Development Educator Extension position. Motion carried.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Kyle Vesperman, to fill the vacant Community Resource
Development Educator Extension position on the interim between Paul Thare’s leaving and
filling the vacancy. Motion carried.
Motion by Lynn Moris, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz, to adjourn. Next scheduled Ag &
Extension Education Committee/Fair Board meeting will be March 1, 2010. Motion carried.
