EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING
Wednesday, March 24, 2010
2:30 p.m.
UWEX Conference Room
Lancaster, WI
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Adrian. Present, in addition to Chairman
Adrian were Lynn Moris, Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Kyle Vesperman, John Patcle, Ted
Bay, Joe Lolwing, Scott Chyko and Jennifer Everhart.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Lynn Moris, the meeting was in compliance with the open
meeting law. Motion carried.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Bob Keeney, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Joe shared a list of items stored in the horse barn. It will be discussed at the next meeting.
Discussion was held with Jennifer, Focus on Energy and Scott, Delta 3, on conducting a study of
equipment changes for energy savings. The committee gave direction to Delta 3 to provide a
dollar amount of what it would cost to conduct the study. The information will be ready by the
April 2 meeting.
Motion by Lynn Moris, seconded by Bob Keeney, to adjourn until April 2, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.
Motion carried.
Adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
