EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
March 2, 2010

North Room Youth & Ag Building
Lancaster, WI
The meeting was called to order by the Committee Chairman Steve Adrian. Present, in addition
to Adrian was Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Kyle Vesperman, Ted Bay, Dolores Schwantes,
Ed White and a number of race car drivers and interested people to keep the race track operating.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Bob Keeney that the meeting was in compliance with
the open meeting law. Motion carried.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Kyle Vesperman to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Discussion was held between the fair board and Ed White with concerns on the closing time of
the races (not to start a race after 10:00 pm), number of classes he would have and general
discussion about questions from some of the racers. Mr. White commented about a couple of
special races that could go a little over that time limit of 10:00 pm.
Mr. White was to look over the contract that we have had in previous years and get back to the
Fair Board on March 15ffi.
Motion by Kyle Vesperman, seconded by. Vince Loeffelholz to adjourn. Next scheduled
Ag/Extension Education Committee/Fair Board meeting will be March 15, 2010. Motion carried.
