EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING
Monday, November 5, 2010

UWEX Conference Room
Lancaster, WI
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Adrian. Present, in addition to Chairman
Adrian were Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Lester Jantzen, Pat Schroeder, Grant Loy, John
Patcle, Ted Bay, Dolores Schwantes, Scott Chyko,Todd Wolf and Bob Middendorf.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Grant Loy, the meeting was in compliance with the open
meeting law. Motion carried.
Motion by Grant Loy, seconded by Bob Keeney, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
The meeting was held for the purpose of clarifying building options.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Bob Keeney, upon receiving further information from
Delta 3 as requested by the committee to accept a bid from Wolf Construction for a wood frame
building option with alternate #2 and alternate #5. Further discussion determined in order to get
a similar interior finish it is more cost effective to erect a wood frame rather than a steel frame.
Motion carried. One no vote.
Motion by Lester Jantzen, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz, to adjourn until November 15, 2010.
Motion carried.
Adjourn at 11:45 a.m.
