EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Adrian, Present, in addition to Chairman
Adrian were Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Lester Jantzen, Grant Loy, Ted Bay, Richard
Pederson, Ione Meoska, Todd Johnson, Dave Wachter, Betsy Olson, and Bev Doll. Pat
Schroeder was excused.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Youth & Ag Center and media
outlets.
Motion by Grant Loy, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Extension agents reported on 2010 program performance and plans for 2011.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Grant Loy, that agents achieved successful
performance. Motion carried.
Discussion of 4-H new member newsletter.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to adjourn until February 21, 2011. Motion
carried.
Adjourn at 12:20 p.m.
