EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING

Eckstein Exhibit Hall
Lancaster, WI
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Adrian. Present, in addition to Chairman
Adrian were Vince Loeffelholz, Lester Jantzen, Grant Loy, Ted Bay, Dolores Schwantes, Todd
Wolf and Scott Chyko.
The meeting notice with agenda was posted at the Administration Building, Youth & Ag Center
and WGLR Radio by Lori Vesperman.
Motion by Lester Jantzen seconded by Grant Loy, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Discussion was held on completion of the Eckstein Exhibit Hall.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Grant Loy, to adjourn until May 16, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.
