MEETING Friday, February 17, 2012
8:30 a.m.
UWEX Conference Room
Lancaster, WI
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Adrian, Present, in addition to Chairman
Adrian were Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Grant Loy, Lester Jantzen, Pat Schroeder, Bev
Doll, Matt Hanson, Todd Johnson, Dave Wachter, Betsy Olson, Ted Bay, I one Meoska and
Cindy Busch.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office, Youth & Ag
Center and media by Jenny Dixon.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Pat Schroeder, to approve the agenda. Motion
carried.
Extension agents reported on 2011 program performance and plans for 2012.
Motion by Lester Jantzen, seconded by Grant Loy, that all agents achieved outstanding,
successful performance reviews for 2011. Motion carried.
Recessed to 12:47 p.m. Motion.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz to go into closed session per state
statute 19.85 (1) (c). Roll call vote unanimous. Motion carried.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Bob Keeney, to return to open session. Roll call vote
unanimous.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Bob Keeney, to offer the position of Fair Manager to
Candidate #1. If she doesn't accept, the position will be advertised to the public. Motion carried.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to adjourn until February 20, 2012.
Motion carried.
