EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Patcle. Present, in addition to Chairman Patcle
were Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Pat Schroeder, Grant Loy, Roger Guthrie, Matt Hanson, Bev
Doll, Ted Bay, Betsy Olson, Dave Wachter, Todd Johnson, Ione Meoska and Cindy Busch .
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth & Ag
Center and media by Jenny Dixon.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Bob Keeney, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Roger Guthrie, seconded by Bob Keeney to move to closed session per state statute 19.85
(1) (c) regarding employee evaluations. Roll call vote unanimous. Motion carried.
Motion by Vince Loeffelholz, seconded by Pat Schroeder, to return to open session. Motion carried.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Roger Guthrie, to cast a unanimous ballot for successful
evaluation of all Extension Agents. Motion carried.
Recess to lunch at 11:45 a.m.
Reconvene at 12:15 p.m.
Motion by Grant Loy, seconded by Bob Keeney to move to closed session per state statute 19.85 (1)
(c) regarding employee evaluations. Roll call vote unanimous. Motion carried.
Motion by Roger Guthrie, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz, to return to open session. Motion
carried.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Roger Guthrie to advise Matt Hanson, UW-Extension Regional
Director, in the posting of the 4-H and Youth Development Agent position in June. Motion carried.
Motion by Grant Loy, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz to adjourn until April 1, 2013. Motion carried.
