JOINT MEETING WITH LAFAYETTE COUNTY
Monday, November 4, 2013

Lancaster, WI
Present: John Patcle, Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Grant Loy, Larry Wolf, Bev Doll, Ted
Bay, Dave Wachter, Matt Hanson, Leon Wolfe, Carol Korn, John Bartels, Jack Wiegel, Bob
Boyle and Mary Knellwolf. Pat Schroeder and Roger Guthrie asked to be excused.
The meeting was called to order by Lafayette County Chairperson Leon Wolfe.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office, Youth & Ag
Center, and media by Jenny Dixon.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Grant Loy, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Lafayette County Ag & Extension Committee members and faculty and Grant County Ag &
Extension Committee members and faculty along with the Southwest Region Director attended
the meeting to discuss a memorandum of understanding between Grant and Lafayette Counties.
Motion by Bob Boyle, seconded by Carol Korn to approve the Memorandum of Understanding
with Lafayette County. Motion carried.
Motion by John Weigel, seconded by Carol Korn, to adjourn. Motion carried.
