The meeting was called to order by the Committee Chairman John Patcle. Present in addition to Patcle
was Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Pat Schroeder, Grant Loy, Roger Guthrie, Larry Wolf, Amy Olson,
Bev Doll, Steve Braun, Jack Johnson, Justin McLimans, Chuck and Lynn Waterman, Nicki Wetter,
Eileen Dushek-Manthe and Barb Lane.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth & Ag Center
and media by Amy Olson.
Motion by Grant Loy, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Carnival was down on Friday. Justin McLimans reported the City of Lancaster received no complaints.
Nicki Wetter, parent of a photography entrant, shared her concerns about the removal of photographs that
were disqualified because they were entered wrong. Jack reported there was a missing child that was
found within 5-10 minutes. An Ipad was found. The antique tractors will be limited to a specific area.
Recess until 10:00 a.m. Sunday, August 18.
