EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING
Monday, March 24, 2014
9:00 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Patcle. Present, in addition to Chairman Patcle
were Bob Keeney, Vince Loeffelholz, Pat Schroeder, Grant Loy, Roger Guthrie, Larry Wolf, Matt
Hanson, Bev Doll, Ted Bay, Sarah Hopkins, Dave Wachter, Todd Johnson, Ione Meoska and Cindy
Busch.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth & Ag
Center and media by Jenny Dixon.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Grant Loy, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
The committee reviewed Farm Progress Days Scholarship applications.
Motion by Bob Keeney, seconded by Grant Loy to award the Farm Progress Days Scholarship to
Charlie Hamilton. Motion carried.
Motion by Pat Schroeder, seconded by Vince Loeffelholz, to give statement of approval for successful
performance reviews. Motion carried.
Motion by Grant Loy, seconded by Roger Guthrie to adjourn until April 21, 2014. Motion carried.
