The meeting was called back to order by the Committee Chairman John Patcle. Present in addition to
Patcle were Grant Loy, Pat Schroeder, Roger Guthrie, Mark Stead, Dan Timmerman, Bob Keeney, Mike
Lieurance, Amy Olson, Lori Vesperman, Steve Braun, Jack Johnson, Deb Reukauf and Chuck and Lynn
Waterman.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth & Ag Center
and media by Amy Olson.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by Grant Loy, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Trailers behind the Livestock Facility need to be moved by 5:00 p.m. tonight, Friday, or they will be
moved by staff.
Policing reports were given by Jack Johnson and Deb Reukauf.
Chuck Waterman shared the carnival was up from this day last year.
Superintendents reported three chickens went home with lice.
The state food inspector came to the Grandstand food stand. Inspection passed.
Recessed at 10:40 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015.
