We will be going over the schedule and answer any question you many have about the fair this year. The meeting will be in the Conference room of the Youth and Ag Center, Lancaster according to Roger Guthrie, Chairman. The meeting times are as followed:  Food Organizations & Beer Organizations - meet at 6:00pm  All others Cooperators - meet at 6:30pm According to our records, you are the person to be contacted for the department or organization that will be assisting at the fair. If your organization has a new representative, please pass on this information and let me know of the change. In the event you will not be able to attend this meeting, please have someone else attend for you. Please bring any concerns or suggestions to the meeting.
