EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING

8:30 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Committee Chairman Pat Schroeder. Present in addition to
Schroeder were Roger Guthrie, Mark Stead, Mike Lieurance, Gary Northouse, Bob Keeney,
Amy Olson, Lori Vesperman, Charisse Orth, Amanda Cauffman, Jack Johnson, Deb Reukauf,
Steve Braun, Vince and Kathy Heiman. John Patcle was excused from the meeting.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth &
Agriculture Center and media by Amy Olson.
Motion by Roger Guthrie, seconded by Gary Northouse, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
The carnival report was given by Vince and Kathy Heiman.
Jack Johnson, Deb Reukauf and Steve Braun gave their reports. Jack suggested numbering the
buildings for EMS calls. Amy will send building location information to EMS prior to each
year’s fair.
Recessed until 8:30 a.m. Sunday, August 22, 2021.
