EDUCATIONNAIR COMMITTEE MEETING

8:30a.m.
The meeting was called back to order by the Committee Chairman Pat Schroeder. Present in addition to
Schroeder was Bob Keeney, Mark Stead, Mike Lieurance, Gary Northouse, John Patcle, Roger Guthrie,
Jack Johnson, Steve Braun, Deb Reukauf, Vince Heiman, Amanda Cauffman, Charisse Orth, and Amy
Olson.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth & Ag Center
and media by Amy Olson.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by John Patcle, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Vince reported on the carnival and turned the financial statement in from Saturday. Vince and Kathi
would like to change prices next year to the following:
• Daily ride wristband $30.00
• Mega Pass in advance $50.00
• Mega Pass during the fair $70.00
Also, Kathi would like to have a different band for our sponsors to keep track of sales. All of this will be
discussed at the fair convention in January of 2022.
Jack Johnson as well as Deb Reukauf reported they had no major issues.
No updates on judging and exhibits/exhibitors.
Discussed the bean bag tournament that was held on Saturday. Overall things went well, but if they
decide to come back next year we need a ports potty in the area and a no alcohol past this point sign.
Motion by, Mark Stead, seconded by Mike Lieurance to adjourn to September 20ffi at 9am. Motion
carried
