EDUCATION/FAIR COMMITTEE MEETING
Youth & Ag Center, Conference Room,
Lancaster, WI

10:00 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Committee Chairman Pat Schroeder. Present in addition to
Chairman Schroeder were Roger Guthrie, Gary Northouse, Joe Mumm, Kathy Kopp, Porter
Wagner, Bob Keeney, Amy Olson, Lori Vesperman, Charisse Orth, Travis Klaas, Deb Reukauf,
Steve Braun and Vince Heiman.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth &
Ag Center and media by Amy Olson.
Motion by Joe Mumm, seconded by Gary Northouse, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
The carnival report was given by Vince Heiman.
Travis Klaas and Deb Reukauf reported no issues. Steve Braun shared the weather report.
Release of swine and other species needed to complete a load started at 7:00 a.m. Early release
animals are gone.
Discussion was held on grandstand seating for the Night of Destruction.
The wood carvings being auctioned on Tim’s Slack’s website will have a soft close.
