The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Joe Mumm. Present in addition to Mumm were Pat
Schroeder, Gary Northouse, Kathy Kopp, Mark Vosberg, Bob Keeney, Amy Olson, Lori Vesperman,
Charisse Orth, Kim Kester, Vince Heiman, Gabby Heiman, Travis Klas, Steve Braun and Deb Reukauf.
Roger Guthrie was excused.
The meeting notice was posted at the Administration Building, Extension Office and Youth & Ag Center
and media by Amy Olson.
Motion by Gary Northouse, seconded by Pat Schroeder, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Carnival - Vince reported on the carnival and turned the financial statement in from Thursday.
Policing – Travis and Deb reported there were no issues.
Judging - no known issues.
Exhibits/exhibitors – Discussion was held on RFID tags.
Motion by, Pat Schroeder, seconded by Kathy Kopp, to recess until Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Motion carried
