Aging and Disability Resource Center
March 08, 2013, Minutes
The Aging and Disability Resource Center Committee met on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.
in Room 266 of the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Mary Yager. Other members present were Linda
Adrian, Mary Lou Bausch, Carrie Bell, Dale Hood, Jan Lintvedt, and Shirley Pink. Larry Wolf,
Mary Mezera, and Joyce Roling were in attendance as well. Steve Wetter and Carol Beals were
excused.
Mary Yager confirmed the meeting was duly posted and in compliance with open meeting law.
Dale Hood, seconded by Mary Lou Bausch, moved to approve the agenda. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Dale Hood, moved to go into closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it
relates to director applicant data and personnel. The closed session would include Larry Wolf,
Mary Mezera, and Joyce Roing. Roll call vote resulted in a carried motion.
Linda Adrian, seconded by Dale Hood, moved to return to open session. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Dale Hood, seconded by Linda Adrian, moved to adjourn. Motion carried without negative
vote.
