Aging and Disability Resource Center
March 22, 2013, Minutes
The Aging and Disability Resource Center Committee met on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 8:45
a.m. in Room 266 of the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Mary Yager. Other members present were Dale
Hood, Mary Lou Bausch, Linda Adrian, Jan Lintvedt, and Shirley Pink. Larry Wolf, Mary Mezera,
and Joyce Roling were in attendance as well.
Mary Yager confirmed the meeting was duly posted and in compliance with open meeting law.
Mary Lou Bausch, seconded by Linda Adrian, moved to approve the agenda. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Dale Hood, moved to go into closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it
relates to interviews. The closed session included Larry Wolf, Mary Mezera, and Joyce Roing.
Roll call vote resulted in a carried motion.
Dale Hood, seconded by Linda Adrian, moved to return to open session. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Mary Lou Bausch, seconded by Jan Lintvedt, moved to adjourn. Motion carried without
negative vote.
