Aging & Disability Resource Center
April 24, 2013 Minutes
The Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee met on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 1:00
p.m. in the Conference Room at the Aging & Disability Resource Center, Lancaster, WI.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Mary Yager. Other members present were Dale
Hood, Mary Lou Bausch, Linda Adrian, Jan Lintvedt, Shirley Pink, Carrie Bell and Steve Wetter,
Larry Wolf, Jeff Kindrai, and Joyce Roling were in attendance as well.
Excused was Carol Beals.
Mary Yager confirmed the meeting was duly posted and in compliance with open meeting law.
Linda Adrian, seconded by Shirley Pink, moved to approve the agenda. Motion carried without
negative vote.
Dale Hood, moved to go into closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it
relates to the director applicant data and personnel. The closed session included Larry Wolf,
Jeff Kindrai, and Joyce Roling. Roll call vote resulted in a carried motion.
Mary Lou Bausch, seconded by Shirley Pink, moved to return to open session. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Linda Adrian, seconded by Jan Lintvedt , moved to offer the position to candidate number one.
If candidate number one does not accept the position then to repost the position again until
filled. Motion carried without negative vote.
Mary Yager, seconded by Carrie Bell, moved to adjourn. Motion carried without negative vote.
