Board Minutes
September 16, 2015
The meeting was called to order by Chair Mary Lou Bausch at 9:00 a.m. at the ADRC Large Conference
Room, 8820 HWY 35/61 South, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Attendance: Lester Jantzen, Mary Lou Bausch, Jan Lintvedt, Lori Reid, Mike Lieurance, Dave Janney,
Carrie Bell, Steve Wetter, Shirley Pink
Excused: Robert Keeney
Others Present:
Compliance with Open Meeting Law:
It was noted the meeting is in compliance with the open meeting act. (Published via website, radio,
newspaper and posted at the Grant County Administration Building).
Agenda Approval:
Jantzen/Pink: Motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes- August 19, 2015
Pink/Jantzen: Motion to approve August 19, 2015 minutes. Motion Carried.
Public Comment/Communication:
Make a Difference Day is October 16 in Lancaster. 1-4 p.m.
Long Term Care hearings are being held around the state. Lori has dates and times.
Advocacy Reports or Activities:
ADRC Regional Board Meeting Report:
Bausch stated they toured Green County Senior Center and Friends and Blends.
Elderfest Senior Health Fair is October 30, 2015 at Lancaster Youth & Ag Building.
2016 ADRC Budget: Reid presented the budget.
Jantzen/Lieurance – Motion to approve budget and send to Executive Committee. Motion carried.
2016-2019 Aging Plan Budget:
Reid reviewed the aging plan budget allocations with the board.
Pink/Bell: Motion to approve the Aging Plan Budget. Motion carried.
Financial Report:
Bell/Janney: Motion to accept the financial report. Motion carried.
Approval of Vouchers:
Wetter/Bell: Motion to approve vouchers. Motion carried.
ADRC Grant County Director’s Report/Program Reports-
Sarah Miles was hired as an Office Asst. II
Working on Lean projects with Part D and transportation. Refining nutrition reports.
We received a draft contract from the State for ADRC. Comment period will be available for 3
weeks.
Working on Elderfest.
Working with Crystal Riley to cover her duties while she is on leave.
Working with DOT to discuss transportation program.
