The Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comment
on Grant County’s draft Aging Plan for 2016-2018. Those persons
unable to attend the hearing and wishing to submit comments in
advance may do so by mailing or dropping off their comments prior to
the hearing to:

8820 Hwy 35-61 South,
Lancaster, WI 53813
Written comments must be received by August 18, 2015. The draft
plans will be available for public inspection prior to the hearing at the
above address. Persons with disabilities which require special
accommodations wishing to attend the hearing should contact the
ADRC listed above prior to August 13, 2015. The location of the public
hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. If you need further
