PUBLIC HEARING
The s. 85.21 Specialized Transportation Assistance Grant for 2018 is scheduled for
a public hearing on

Lancaster, Wisconsin
The public hearing will be held for the purpose of rece iving comment on Grant County’s
proposed plan for spending 85.21 allocation of $123,729 and a required county match of
$24,745 to implement elderly and disabled transportation. It is proposed to use the funds
available to facilitate, coordinate and operate lift equipped vehicles on a regular basis
throughout the county and to reimburse volunteer driver mileage.
Transportation is available for elderly and persons with a disability to attend the public hearing
by calling 608-723-6113 or 800-514-0066. Copies of the draft 2019 transportation application
are available at the Aging & Disability Resource Center. Written comments should be sent to
the Aging & Disability Resource Center, Box 383, Lancaster, WI 53813.
