Notice of Public Hearing for ADRC, Grant County office
Plan on Aging 2019-2021

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Aging & Disability Resource Center located in Grant County will be conducting public
hearings for presentation of and comment on the 2019-2021 Grant County Aging Plan. Public
hearings will be held at these following times and locations*:
Tuesday, October 30 at 9:00 a.m. at the Boscobel Tuffley Community Center, 104 East
Oak Street, Boscobel , WI
Tuesday, October 30 at 3:30 p.m. a.m. at the ADRC Office , Hwy 35-61 South,
Lancaster, WI
The purpose of these public hearings is to provide an opportunity for citizens of Grant County to
comment and provide input on the Aging Plan draft. A draft of the 2019-2021 Grant County
Aging Plan is available for examination at the ADRC office, Hwy 35-61 in Lancaster, WI from
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Copies of the Aging Plan will also be available
for viewing one hour prior to the start of each hearing at the location of the hearing.
Input received by members of the public at these hearings will be considered in the
development of the final draft of this plan. The final draft will be presented for approval at the
ADRC Board meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. November 21, at the ADRC office.
