PUBLIC HEARING
The Grant County Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) will be conducting public hearings
for presentation of and comment on the following:
2025-2027 Grant County Aging Plan and
the Wis. Stat. 85.21 Specialized Transportation Assistance Grant for 2025

The public hearing will be held for the purpose of providing an opportunity for citizens of Grant
County to comment on the following:
2025-2027 Aging Plan draft, and
Wis. Stat. 85.21 application to provide elderly and disabled transportation – proposed
spending of $128,651 allocation and a required county match of $25,730.
Input received by members of the public at these hearings will be considered in the develop ment
of the final draft of the Aging Plan. It is proposed to use the available 85.21 funds to facilitate,
coordinate and operate 3 lift equipped vehicles on a regular basis throughout the county, to fund
a volunteer driver escort program, and to reimburse volunteer driver mileage.
Transportation is available for elderly and persons with a disability to attend the public hearing

the ZOOM link or phone number. Copies of the 2025-2027 Aging Plan draft and 2025 85.21
transportation application are available at the Aging & Disability Resource Center. Copy
