Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified
Community Services, Conference Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster,
Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the October 21, 2009 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for October 2009.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for October 2009 – Jan Sudmeier.
B. Family Support Purchase - Jan Sudmeier.
C. Personnel report for October 2009 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Mental Health/Community Support Program Report – Terry Yanke
E. Chairman's report – Mel Masters.
F. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
G. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) and (e),
Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters related to employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employees
and current negotiations.
7. Adjournment.
