Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of Unified Community Services will be held on
Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified Community Services,
Board Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the July 15, 2009 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for July, 2009.
4. Reports
A. 2008 Audit Report – Jan Sudmeier
B. Financial reports for July, 2009 – Jan Sudmeier
C. Family Support Purchase – Jan Sudmeier
D. Personnel report for July, 2009 - Cheryl Knapp.
E. Chairman's report – Mel Masters.
F. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
G. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to
address the Board.
