Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., meeting at Unified
Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the November 18, 2009 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for November and December 2009.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for November and December, 2009 - Jan
Sudmeier.
B. Family Support Purchase - Jan Sudmeier.
C. Personnel report for November and December, 2009 - Cheryl
Knapp.
D. Personnel Committee Report – Mark Stead.
E. Executive Committee Report – Mel Masters.
F. Chairman's report – Mel Masters.
G. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
H. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
