Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified
Community Services, Conference Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster,
Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the November 18, 2009 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for November and December 2009 and January
2010.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for November and December 2009.
B. Family Support Purchase – Jan Sudmeier.
C. Personnel report for November and December 2009 and January,
2010 – Cheryl Knapp.
D. Personnel Committee Report – Mark Stead.
E. Executive Committee Report – Mel Masters.
F. Chairman's report – Mel Masters.
G. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
H. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
6. Agreement for 2009 Audit.
7. Capital Acquisition Request.
8. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c), Wisconsin
Statutes, to consider matters related to employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee.
9. Reconvene in open session.
10. Adjournment – Next meeting date.
