Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of Unified Community Services will be held on
Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 5:00 p.m., at Unified Community
Services, Board Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the August 18, 2010 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for August, 2010.
4. Reports
A. Financial Reports for August, 2010 - Jan Sudmeier.
B. Family Support Purchase - Jan Sudmeier.
C. Personnel Report for August, 2010 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Personnel Committee Report – Charles Stenner
E. Finance Committee Report – Mark Stead.
F. Chairman’s Report – Mark Stead.
G. Program Director's Report - Neal Blackburn.
H. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to
address the Board.
6. UCS Iowa County Office Location.
7. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) and (e),
Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters related to employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of
employees and current negotiations.
8. Reconvene in open session.
