Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified Community
Services, Conference Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the July 21, 2010 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for July, 2010.
4. Reports
A. 2009 Audit Report – Jan Sudmeier.
B. Financial Reports for July, 2010 – Jan Sudmeier.
C. Family Support Purchase – Jan Sudmeier.
D. Personnel report for July, 2010 – Cheryl Knapp.
E. CSP/CM Program Report – Becky Manning.
F. Chairman's report – Mark Stead.
G. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
H. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
6. Adjournment – Next meeting date, September 15, 2010.
