Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., at The Hodan
Center, Conference Room, 941 W. Fountain St., Mineral Point, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the September 8, 2010 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for September 2010.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for September 2010 – Jan Sudmeier.
B. Family Support Purchase - Jan Sudmeier.
C. Personnel report for September, 2010 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Chairman's report – Mark Stead.
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Agreement for 2010 Audit.
6. Crisis Diversion Bed.
7. Capital Acquisition Request.
8. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board.
9. Adjournment. Next meeting November 17, 2010.

Notice is hereby given to the public that a majority of the Unified
Board is expected to be present at 851 Dodge Street, Mineral Point for a
tour of Hodan’s new kitchen facility at 6:30 p.m.
