Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified
Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the September 21, 2011 Board
meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for September 2011.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for September 2011 – Jan Sudmeier.
B. Family Support Purchase - Jan Sudmeier.
C. Personnel report for September, 2011 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Personnel Committee Report – Charles Stenner.
E. Long Term Support Program Report –Peg Ryan
F. Chairman's report – Mark Stead.
G. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
H. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
6. Adjournment. Next meeting November 16, 2011.

Notice is hereby given to the public that a majority of the Unified
Board is expected to be present at the Personnel Committee meeting at
6:30 p.m.
