Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified
Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the October 19, 2011 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for October 2011.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for October 2011 – Jan Sudmeier.
B. Family Support Purchase - Jan Sudmeier.
C. Personnel report for October 2011 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Chairman's report – Mark Stead.
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. December Board Meeting.
6. Agreement for 2011 Audit.
7. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
8. Adjournment. Next meeting to be determined.
