Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., meeting at Iowa County
Health and Human Service Building, 303 W. Chapel St., Room 1001
Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the June 15, 2011 Board meeting.

3. Payment of the bills for June, 2011.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for June, 2011 – Neal Blackburn.
B. Family Support Purchase – Neal Blackburn.
C. Personnel report for June, 2011 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Community Support Program Report – Myranda Culver.
E. Chairman's report – Mark Stead.
F. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
G. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c), Wisconsin
Statutes, to consider matters related to employment, promotion, and
compensation of employees.
7. Reconvene in open session.
8. Adjournment- Next Meeting Date is August 17, Lancaster, Wisconsin.

Notice is hereby given to the public that a majority of the Unified
Board is expected to be present at 303 W Chapel St, Dodgeville,
Wisconsin for a tour of the Iowa County Health and Human Services
Building at 6:30 p.m.
